Dispatcher (Rhinelander)
Location: Rhinelander WI

Job Overview:
We are currently looking to fill a Dispatch and Office personnel position in our Rhinelander location. This position would be full-time in the summer with around 40-60 hours per week, including 2 Saturdays per month, and winter hours dependent on qualifications and training. Starting wage of $22.00/hour dependent on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering and transferring telephone calls on a multi-line system
- Scheduling customer deliveries, taking detailed directions, directing deliveries appropriately
- Scheduling job site trucking, including contracting rental trucking
- Calculating and maintaining aggregate inventories
- Scaling trucks and customers
- Construction software usage
- Applying customer payments on account
- Compiling daily deposits
- Communicating with other employees and customers
- Mail distribution
- Maintaining Excel spreadsheets
- Overseeing truck drivers, including maintaining timecards
Qualifications:

Position Overview: You’ll take direction from the project foreman in operating heavy machinery such as bulldozers, backhoes, excavators, or grader machines at construction sites. Their duties include manipulating the equipment to move and place materials, maintaining safety standards, inspecting machines, and performing earth moving operations to project specifications.

- Previous equipment operator and civil construction experience

We are currently seeking an experienced Foreman to join our team in a field position, overseeing construction activities on multiple projects in the Milwaukee area and related to the I-41 improvement projects in Appleton WI
Position Overview: The Foreman will be responsible for coordinating all construction activities at the project site, including managing manpower, schedules, and ensuring compliance with safety standards and company policies. This individual will work closely with project management to ensure the successful execution of projects on time and within budget, while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in pre-construction planning, including developing and implementing project procedures, construction documents, detailed work schedules, and more.
- Study project specifications to plan construction procedures, staffing requirements, and other essential logistics for each phase of construction.
- Oversee procurement of tools, equipment, and materials, ensuring timely deliveries that conform to work schedules.
- Supervise your crew, maintaining order, safety, and cleanliness on the job site, including conducting weekly toolbox talks.
- Assist the Project Manager in handling changes on the job site, such as trade changes, RFIs, and adjustments to construction schedules.
- Work with engineering personnel, inspectors, and suppliers to resolve construction problems and enhance construction methods.
- Inspect work in progress to ensure compliance with specifications and adherence to construction schedules.
- Control labor and equipment costs, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Complete accurate documentation, including daily work logs, time and material tickets, and timecards.
Qualifications:
- The ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams to achieve project goals.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and project plans.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve conflicts effectively.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in construction.

GPS Survey and 3D Modeling Technician

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented GPS Survey and 3D Modeling Technician to join our team.
Job Overview:
This position will split time between field operations and office work, providing the opportunity to gain hands-on experience with GPS automated machine guidance systems, as well as working with Trimble Business Center software to support the development and management of 3D surface models, quantity takeoffs, and project data. The successful candidate will collaborate with project crews and staff to ensure smooth communication and data exchange, ensuring project success and adherence to technical specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create, edit, and verify 3D surface models and quantity takeoffs using Trimble Business Center software for bidding, job costing, and billing.
- Integrate project information into GPS rovers and machine control equipment, ensuring that all GPS systems are operating within the required tolerances.
- Support troubleshooting and provide guidance on upgrading GPS equipment for both field and office applications.
- Familiarize yourself with drone technology and assist in performing aerial surveys and takeoffs.
- Travel locally and throughout Wisconsin to support field operations, ensuring that data collection and system integration are executed accurately in the field.
- Build strong working relationships with project crews and staff to ensure consistent communication and efficient data exchange on a regular basis.
Qualifications:
- Familiarity with GPS survey systems, machine control equipment, and 3D modeling software, particularly Trimble Business Center, is highly preferred.
- Experience in construction, civil engineering, or a related field is a plus.
General Laborer

Musson Brothers is seeking a General Laborer to join our team. This individual would work at various jobsites throughout Wisconsin.
This position will perform tasks related to heavy construction projects, excavations trenches, and demolition including day to day tasks on roadway projects including flagging, locating utilities, spotting trucks, other general duties associated with road construction.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Successful candidate will possess/willingness to learn the skills and knowledge for laying underground utility pipe and/or working with grading crews assisting in daily operation.
- Requires a candidate to be a hard worker who can lift heavy loads.
- Work in a fast-paced environment and possess excellent work ethic.
- Able to work in confined spaces and open trenches.
- Willingness to be part of a team and work with others.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- This is physical work that requires strength and ability to perform such activities as sitting, standing, walking, bending, kneeling, crouching, twisting, stooping, reaching, finger dexterity, grasping, feeling, repetitive motions, talking, hearing and visual acuity.
- Must be able to lift and carry, push and pull up to 100 pounds over a distance of 20 feet or more and work in areas where climbing a ladder is required.
- Must be able to work in a loud environment.
